 Rookie

yes check engine light is on. but when it dies it dosen't restart itself. i have to turn my key and start it myself. how much would it cost me if it was the ignition switch?

  If the check engine light is on, stop there, get the codes read out and address those before even thinking about anything else. You will be wasting your time and money if you ignore the light!
