2007 Chevrolet Cobalt Question: ignition sensor

i try to install a kill switch and i cut by mistake a red cable that is on a sensor atach to the ignition i think its for the key chip and i put it bak but now my car dosent wanna start ..?? someone can tell me what todoo?? -

Reset all sensors by disconnecting & reconnecting the battery. -

replaced te knock sensor, spark plugs, fuel injectors. Still runs rough at idle and temp runs 190 to 200. Car has 75,000 miles on it. Did not replace the fuel filter. Could this be the problem?...
