how do you remove ignition lock cylinder when key wont turn to the on position? The manual says key must be in the on position to depress pin on cylinder housing to slide out cylinder but key will not turn.

MasterTry rocking the steering wheel from side to side as you try to turn the ignition key. If that doesn't work try lubricating the key tumbler and turning the key with a vise grips in order to get the key in a position to depress the plunger. After that you may need to drill out the lock or pin.
