Question: ignition lock cylinder

 Rookie

My ignition is jamming. How do I replace it and what is the part # I should be looking for? Thanks for your help!

    You could have a worn out key that is causing the lock cylinder to jamb. The first step would be to have new key made using the factory key codes. Don't just have a copy made of the old worn out key! If the ignition lock is still jamming with a new key then chances are you will need to replace the ignition lock cylinder on your Chevrolet Prizm. Replacing the lock cylinder can be a challenging job. You may wish to leave this one to the professionals.
