Question: ignition coil not firing at the number 3 & 6 on the coil

did a tune and change the wire drove the van and it started misfiring on the ignition coil on the number 3 and 6 , no fire coming out of the coil replace with another ignition coil and it does the same thing

    It is more than likely the ignition module that is mounted beneath the coil pack. I have one that overheated and melted all the high temperature grease out of the unit, and one of the coils would not fire. Previous to this, the car would run great while cold, but as the engine warmed up, it would run rough, becasue of intermittent failure of the iginition module not firing all the plugs.
