i have a honda accord lx when i try to start it i have absolutely no power to the dash the radio or the lights but the hazard lights work and so does the horn the battery is fully charged and brand new i checked all the fuses the car doesnt crank there is absolutely no power please help! im a college student and cant afford a diagnostics test from the honda store. thanks nikki

    Hello Nikki,
    After looking at wiring diagrams for your car there is a 100 Amp main fuse under the hood of your car that is probably blown. If this fuse is blown the hazard warning lights and some ABS brake functions will still work. The fuse is marked fuse #41. Its in the fuse box passenger rear of the engine compartment and is held int othe fuse box with two phillips screws. It should be in the middle of the fuse box and is one of only two fuse links held in with philips screws (its also larger in size to all the other fuses).
