Question: if there was a leak in the front right axel would it show on my garage floor?

I was charged $200 for this repair but want to know if there would be signs of a leak on my garage floor

    Not necessarily if you have a axle leak the transmission fluid would be under the car and may not even drip on the garage floor

    If leak was at output shaft seal where axle goes into transmission- yes you should have seen leak on garage floor but If leak was coming from boot areas, whereas you had a tear in axle boot- you wouldn't see anything on floor you'd just see alot of grease back behind axle.
