if drive belt sqills very loud does it mean a pully is locking up? on 2004 Infiniti FX35

when it is below 30 degress the drive belt sqills very loud when you start the FX35 and you can smell the rubber.do you think a pully is going bad.

Inspect the drive belt while a partner starts the vehicle. Be careful not to put your hand on anything moving. Then try switching the A/C or defrost on and off noting if this makes a difference. This would indicate an A/C clutch bearing or compressor concern. However, the most probable is a serpantine belt that might be wet, loose or poor condition.
