Question: if a 10amp fuse was found in place of 15amp fuse for fuel pump what would happen

My car has randomly been cutting off and it taking forever for the car to restart. I found that a 10amp fuse was in slot for fuel pump fuse and a 15amp fuse is what is called for. could this have been the problem

    the fuse should be a 15 amp or it might blow at times but if its not blowing i don;t think thats your problem but repl anyway
