Question: idling rough and poor runing

My 2002 Jetta GLX V2 2.8 is idling bad and ruuning pooly. The auto parts computer check showes 3 OBD codes P0305 P0304 P0101. The dash light that says check engine and EPC are on. I put new plugs but no help. Don

    P0101 is the code for the air flow meter which are common on those cars. Its a relatively simple fix. If you're still getting misfire codes after replacement of the AFM, you may have a dead coil or fuel injector on those cylinders 4&5
