Idle Air Control Valve on 2008 Honda Civic

can the IACV (idle air control valve) be cleaned or rebuilt? i believe mine is not functioning correctly.

Are you sure you have one? This vehicle should have an electric throttle system, that eliminates the need for an idle air control valve.
