Question: ia replacement of timing belt needed for my car which has run 70000 miles

my toyota corolla 1999 has run 70000 miles. is replacement of timing belt needed now.if not when. one dealer had said that replacement is not needed.thanks for your advice

    Thanks for your question! looking into the information you have provided it looks like your toyota does not have a timing belt, instead it has a chain type system and does not require replacement or regular maintenence service.
