Question: I was told my oxygen sensor was broken and they wanted 187.00 to fix it.My engin

My engine light came on for the second time. The first time I
thought it was the oil and I had it changed-the light went off
for awhile when it came back on I took it to Auto Zone-they told me it was the oxygen sensor.

    autozone is not a repair shop. they are not techs. free code pulls never identify a bad part, just a failed system.
    you need a real diag from a real shop to determine the issue.
    187 for parts and labor is not bad. but what if that is not the problem??
