I replaced front, rear and passanger side motor mounts on 1999 Honda Accord

The parts I bought were from napa and while they appeared identical they were not. After I got into the middle of the project I saw that tere were vacaum hoses attached to the front and rear mounts. What is the reason for these lines and what would be problems might I encounter if I just plug them off, the mounts are the same minus the vacaum lines?

The vacuum lines have to do with the mount being a vacuum assisted motor mount that is energized when the car is at idle, to smooth out the vibration. See if Napa can get you right mounts, they probably just made a mistake.
Thanks for the quick response I installed these and it definitely vibrates more at idle.
