I put anouther dist. In and it runs better but still runs bad at low rpms on 1990 Honda Accord

I just can't. Get it to run good at idle.

timing , not just ignition , but valve(timing belt?). What is the reading from a vacuum guage hooked in after the throttle at idle? steady and at least 17"? spark plugs fouling with gas? Checked fuel pressure with gauge?

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO VERIFY IF THE GEARS ARE AT THE PROPER POSITIONS? iF NOT GET A MANUAL.

Vacuum leak or low compression on one or more cyls. is my guess. Since that is all we can do here.

Really hard to anticipate just exactly what the actual problem is since we can't see the car from here. Could be and usually is something not of the norm. But the normal stuff is a good place to start!
