Question: I need to get the price on how much replacing a starter on 2006 ford Taurus

or to check to see if the starter is out completeley? we just replaced the alternator then after that the car wouldnt start the guy at the parts stoire said maybe it just needed to be wiggled???

    approx cost parts and labor should be 180.00if you have a 3.0L

    Sounds like you need a battery/electrical system test. A $20 test can usually pinpoint the problem and maybe its something simple like a loose or poor connection.
