Question: I need to fix my horn. How do you run a wire from the horn into the cab.

The steering wheel is hollow. The air bags have been deployed.

    you cant run the wire directly to the horn button. there is a slip ring that maked the connection between the collum and the wheel. you need to see where the break is. first apply power from the batte to the horn make sure it still works. then trace the wire back to the steering collum and again apply power to the wire for the horn see if it works still. make sure its the horn wire cause you can blow out other things if its the wrong wire. Im guessing the contact on the horn at the wheel is broken after the airbad deployed
