i just bought a 2000 crown vict n my steering wheel is stay stuck n den loosen up wen i hit the turn would it b the rack opinion or the tied rod

    Your 2000 Crown Victoria does not have a rack and pinion gear; it has an old style steering gear box.

    Sounds like you may have an issue with your power steering pump system - causing no power assist or something in that area.
