2000 Dodge Stratus Question: i need a diagram on how to change or replace a timing belt and the marks i need

my car will not start it just stop on me on the freeway. the mechanic said i need a timing belt (dayco). this was the first time it has done that.

    I have done this a couple of times on my 2.4 engine it is not very hard but is time consuming. Probably the best thing I can tell you is to go by an autozone and ask them to print you out the instructions on how to do this. They should not have a problem doing this for you.
