Question: I just recently starting hearing a loud noise when I was going down a small hill

& turning.. I also noticed that when I left this morning I heard it again.

    It could be many things, unfortunately and without hearing the noise first hand or being able to do some basic diagnostic tests or be able to drive the car, its hard to say what the source of the noise may be. It could be a brake pad or brake pad shim coming in contact with the brake disc, it could be a half shaft problem, hard to tell without being able to hear the noise first hand.

    Thanks. I did just recently have new break pads put on. I was told that I would hear squealing, but I thought that I would only hear that going in reverse. There glass break pads, maybe thats it.
