Question: I just got in an accident and think that my axel might have broken

what is the average cost to repair this? Will they total the vehicle? Is it an axel if one wheel is turned and the other one is straight?

    The axle (halfshafts) go from the transmission to each of the front wheels. If the axle is broken do to an accident the suspension has serious damage.The car needs to be inspected properly to access what the extent of the damage is and see if the frame is damage.
