1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty Question: i just got a new fuel pump,feul filter,and a new starter in my f250 diesel

powerstroke superduty,I was driving today and it stopped on me twice,the first time it started up and I drove about a mile and it stopped again.Now when I try and start it,it will not start it does turn over,and when I turn the key to the on postion I hear a humming or buzzing noise.The car had run out of gas that why I had to get the new fuel filter,pump and starter.Can someone please give me so advice.......I was driving as pretty as I pleased and she just stopped=( HELP
