Question: I just changed my battery and the van will not start.

The van is coding out with no spark or power to the fuel pump.

    I believe the your anti theft system is keeping the car from starting. I dont know how to perform the relearn but I checked out some websites and found this. Its worth a try.

    1. First, (sounds strage), disconnect the battery, and leave it disconnected for at least ten minutes or so.

    2. Now, reconnect the battery, then turn the ignition on , BUT DON'T START IT! Leave it on for a minute, (mayber pump the gas a few times), then restart it.

    I've put lots of battery in Siennas with no problems. Make sure no fusable link is damaged at the battery positive terminal or that a fuse didn't blow. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
