2003 Toyota Sequoia Question: I hear a rumbling noise when i press the breaks. Could this be my rotors?

Recently changed the front brake pads and since then I hear a rumbling noise when I press my foot on the brakes. It does get louder as I come to a complete stop.

    DID U RESURFACE THE ROTORS

    First start by getting the rotors resurfaced

    My 2001 grand caravan makes same noise mainly when I am in drive and pressing on brakes. Also it squeels and makes loud noises like,that. Cant figure it out need help
