I was told to use a charger on trickle the night before I bring it to the dealer, but someone else said you shouldn't in this situation with a Honda. Anyone have problems charging? I tried a battery tender and am getting a flashing red light: something is still draining it.

It will until the issue is corrected, are you taking it to the dealer for a parasitic draw test.

Yes, they said that it can take up to five hours to figure out what's wrong. I am wondering if charging the battery is okay. Overnight?

If it's 2amp or less, it will be fine. Depending on what amount of draw you have. May not be enough.

OK, just no other issues with charging a battery after this has occurred?

If they find it and fix it then things should be normal.
