Question: I have tail lights, but only 3rd eye brake light.

I have some other electrical problems with this van: Instrument panel is dead, heat won't turn off, no defogger or rear windshield wiper.

    Remove your tail lamp housing and replace all bulbs. Inspect the bulb sockets for signs of damage ie" melted or overheated contacts. replace socket if needed. Your other electrical issues are not likely related.
