Question: I have spark and I have fuel at the fuel rail but truck will not crank????

I have 75 psi at the fuel rail. The truck will turn over but will not crank. Do you have any idea what will cause this?

    Remove a plug and see if it is wet or dry. Is 75psi the spec? I am not near a manual so I can't check it. You can have spark, fuel pressure but no operation of the injectors, so the engine will not run. Check to see if the injectors are firing with an injector test light or noid light. You can get one at say a NAPA store.
