I have replace my cooler temp sensor, but when I start the engine the service engine light came up and the temp light too. I hook up my scanner and came up P0117. What do you think should the problem be?

GM had many problems with the connectors for the temp. sensors on the saturn platforms. Replace the connector clear the codes by removing both battery cables and touching together. Run the vehicle up to operating temperature (until the cooling fan comes on).

What do you mean by touching together? I was thinking to replace the cooler temp sensor again, because the coolant temp gauge is pointing in the middle of the gauge. Also the cooling fan is always on.
