Neither power sliding door works with the remote or the console (door sounds like it is trying to unlock and engage, but will not do so on the passenger side, and it will do nothing on the drivers' side.) I am unable to open the passenger door at all by hand, and the drivers' side door opens with difficulty. I am unable to unlock or lock the passenger side door as well.
The "door ajar" buzzer is also constantly going off!
I would be happy to even have the doors simply work manually and without the power option.

Try to lubricate every thing to do with the locks with a good penetrating/ lubricating oil but it sounds like some lock actuators are bad. If it is something you want to investigate yourself there is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
