2003 Chevrolet Silverado SS Question: I have noticed a slight vibration in the stearing wheel and an intermittent noise

The noise sounds like an out of round tire ruing on something but it is not that. I do not see any drive shaft issues or any leaking. I just purchased the truck with no warranty.

    Sounds like you have choppy tread wear on the front tires causing the vibes and noise. Check to see if tread is smooth or hi/low.
