when i turn left, even a lil, it makes a groaning noise. but when i turn right its quiet -
Answer 1
It could be that your power steering belt is starting to slip. On a car of this year, due to wear and tear, one side will be a little bit less efficient than the other side and may work the pump a bit harder so it will groan, like the sound that your describing. -
Answer 2
check power steering fluid -
Answer 3
Check the fluid, should be red not brown. What's the belt look like. Could also be wheel bearings in a GM. Good luck and happy holidays. -
