According to the dealership, over time Cadillac’s engine has a slight oil leak in the engine. (it could get worst) If it’s not under warrantee it will cost a awful lot to have repair. ($3,500.00 or more)

It’s just the way the engine is built. One mechanic had said that Cadillac knew that they built this particular engine too big for these cars... As long as it’s not a heavy leakage it should be okay, and again for what he told me if it’s not under warrantee it can be very costly. I had put large met in my garage so that oil won’t get on the garage floor.

I'm leaking motor oil, I took it to an pep boys center to have my motor oil change, they brought to my attention that I am leaking motor oil, but they were not able to tell me where was the leak coming from. So I call the Caddy dealership on this matter. What he told me that those types of year 2004 and other? over time they will a little leakage, as long as it is nothing major it should be fine, but if not it can be very costly ($3,500.00)
