I have switched injectors and still stuck open. Tested the wire harness on all injectors with DVOM. #1 harness is showing 14volts with key on, the others show zero volts. Is this most likely a bad PCM or ASD, or could it be bad wire somewhere. What is the easiest way to find out if the PCM is bad? Thanks!
