i have a bad squeak coming from the front of my suspension. its not the brakes. on 2003 Ford F-150

front end squeak? usually when i am going over a bump and the front end is being compressed.

Could possibly be the Ball Joints or Dry Control arm bushings. The Ball joints from factory are sealed and not greaseable. As they wear at times they will make an annoying noise. The bushings can be quieted by putting some brake fluid on the bushings to stop the noise. I'm just suggesting something you might try, I can't hear the squeak, but these are some things I have dealt with in the past.

Check the sway bar to frame bushings, that's another likely culprit.

seen the pitman arm make loud squeeks often on these fords
