I have a antifreeze leak, top center of motor. something with a 10 ml bolt on 2007 Mercury Mountaineer

It looks like a wire covering running to it. I have filled my antifreeze res twice and it keeps appearing on top of the motor, it looks like there is a freeze plug in front and in the rear of it. What could it be?
