2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 Question: I have a 2009 Mercedes c300 sport seden.

There is a clunk when shifting from reverse to drive in cold morning {first time start the car} ,if shift to reverse first and the shift to neutral for 3-5 seconds, then shift to drive and there's no clunk apparent. I took my car to the dealer, but they couldn't find this problem.

    Try letting the car warm up a minute before shifting out of park. If noise is still there check the trans fluid level. They should have done this at the dealer since you complained of a trans issue. Sorry I'm not to much help.
