I have a 2009 Ford Taurus limited edition with a little over 100000 miles on it. on 2009 Ford Taurus

When the throttle control warning little came on transmission stalled but don't stop completely ,still drivable but have to accelarate the car slowly because it seems like the transmission were in a strain postion while in drive.On a complete stop I shift the car from drive to reverse to see any differents in reverse.the car shifted very hard but drove in reverve fine.So i shift back from reverse to drive with ocourse my feet first on my brakes and once again the car shift hard.But had more power in reverse then in drive.Never even giving me a sign which so ever...please help me??

should bring to tranny shop for diagnostic. tranny tech. will advise.
