high beam switch towards the steering wheel i am trying to figure out if it is the high beam switch or the light module also when the car is running the fan rattles...is there bolts on that fan to tighten it or do i need to replace the fan all together

could be the multifunction switch in steering column is worn out in the lock position, most likely not the module. the fan issue is most likely the plastic fan is starting to crack,insp for cracks and tightness

ok thank you so replacing the fan is the best bet and i will replace the multifuntion switch also
