2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

Question: I have a 2006 Chevy 1500 series with a 4.3 engine, the ABS light is staying on.

The ABS light is on and stays on, the dash lights also stay on as well as the dome light. Have to disconect the battery every time I go anywhere with the truck. Where should I start looking? I have checked all fuses and grounds.

    Well, it could mean that the emergency brake has not been fully released.The ABS system light is on if something has occurred within the ABS system. Something faulty may have happened there, get it checked out!
