I have a 2005 Hyundai Tucson 2.7. I started having issues when kicking down in on 2005 Hyundai Tucson

Passing gear and the car would not up shift past 2nd gear. Really stuttering bad. Cleaned the MAS with Carb cleaner and that cleared up but now I got a P0305 code, cyl 5 misfire. The plugs were just changed 20k miles ago. Any ideas

Don't clean the MAF with carb cleaner use CRC product # 05110 its cheap and leaves no residue does no damage. A mis-fire can be caused by a coil, plug or ignition related, an injector problem, a vacuum leak or a mechanical problem hard to say without being able to do basic tests. Hyundai as a car manufacturer put a lot of free technical information and workshop manuals on line for Hyundai owners. Check out www.hmaservice.com lots of great information. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online
