I have a 1994 Ford E150 Conversion van, Once it gets up to full running temp, I on 1994 Ford E-150

It starts bogging out and there is a smell that is simllar to rich running once the engine is at full running temp, and I think it could be 1 of 3 things, EGR, Catalyst converter, Fuel pump.
Does anyone have any advice?
Please help.
