1993 Volkswagen EuroVan

Question: I have a 1993 Eurovan and the cooling fan is on all the time the key is on.

It sounds like the fan is on high speed too.I disconnected the thermo switch in the radiator no change.

    We have worked on many Eurovans. It sounds like a relay may be failed in the "on" position.

    I have already swapped out the relay and there is no difference

    If the relay is removed, does it still run ? If so, the supply wirs is likely shorted to a power source.

    NO-the fan stops when you pull the relay.
