Question: I have a 1986, Cadillac coupe Deville, not 90. Need to know how to take a part

Need to know how to take raquet pinion off a 1986 cadillac deville, not a 1990, also how to put a new one back on, if any one has any suggestion please let me know. Thank you

    I assume you mean the rack and pinion its not an easy job unless you have a hoist bcause you will have to drop the back of the sub frame to get it out
