Question: I had to replace the battery and the alarm goes off when i put the new one in

Whenever I install the new battery the alarm goes off, how can i fix this so i can drive it again?

    Is this car equipped with with something other than a factory installed alarm? Your problem usally occurs with an aftermarket alarm. Try locking and unlocking drivers door manually with key. Most alarms will reset when you do this.
