Question: i had the oil changed two days ago and my car is smoking real bad today.

what causes an 2003 crown victoria to smoke bad after an oil changed? my car also skips real bad, what causes it to skip like that?

    It sounds like the oil change place overfilled the crankcase. Your 'skip' may be related to that engine overfill issue, but you didn't state if that problem started before or after the oil change.
    Take you car back to the oil change place, have them drain the oil and refill it with the correct amount of oil.
