No heat coming out even after 15-20 minutes running. Blows but no heat.

Is the engine running at operating temperature? What does the temperature gauge showes?

Okay, I went out and ran it. Answer is: temp gauge is normal, right smack in the middle.
Common problem that the heater core gets clogged. We have had some sucess with backflushing the heater core versus replaceing it.
