The mechanic opened the PCM harness and water "poured" out of it , then they put fans to dry it out . I had Safelite come and change the windshield , because that is usually the source . But in this case there was no break in the old seal . Where is the water source coming in from ? And how do I stop it from happening again ? Is there a seal somewhere that goes bad ? I am ready to get a caulk gun full of silicone sealant and caulk everything I can find , but I dont want to over do it . Any ideas ??????

There is a problem with this but i just can't remember exactly where the leak is, think i read it on the scanner. I belive it was at the A pillar but that may have been for the fuse box. A Ford tech. may help out. There is a common problem though!
Sorry, hang in there for more help here. Somebody knows!
