Clear up after running it for awhile? If so may have valve seal problem.
OK,I UP GRADED THE OCTANE TO 92,I WAS TOLD THAT WOULD BURN OFF ANY WATER THAT MIGHT BE IN THE GAS OR CATALYTIN CONVETER..ALSO I ADD AN GAS TREATMENT...AN HOW CAN I TELL IF IT A SEAL PROBLEM...I DO HAVE A CODE PO133..HELP
DOES IT CLEAR UP AFTER RUNNNING IT AWHILE??
yes it does, but i see this each time i start up, my brother said not to worry,it will go away after about a week;you the man, what do you think? O AN THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANSWER
Valve stem seals leak a little oil by the valves, after sitting for awhile it will smoke until it burns away this oil. Your brother is right in one way it will stop after it runs a bit but is probably going to keep doing it each time it is started after being parked.
pushrod, thank you...are you talkin about the egr valve or pcv...an what can i do? AN AGAIN THANK YOU
The valves inside the engine, there are 24 of them, you can get an est. on cost to repair this, how many miles on car?
pushrod there is 123654 miles on car,we are thinking to flush the engine with a 5 min. motor flush.to get old oil out first..we check spark plugs,an seem oil on base of plugs...he seem to think the oil is not going thru the engine cause of cloug valve
Ok, after that suggest using Valvoline Maxlife oil, may help with this! Ggoogle it and read info.
