HAVE A COMBUSTION LEAK TEST PERFORMED TO CHECK FOR HEAD GASKET/ HEAD PROBLEM. IF NEG. RESULTS, CHECK RADIATOR FOR RESTRICTION. AT FIRST YOU SAID CHANGED STAT. THEN STATED TOOK IT OUT. DID YOU REPLACE IT WIYH A NEW ONE, AS NO THERMOSTAT WILL ALSO CAUSE OVERHEATING!

From a cold start , with the system full and closed , do you feel 'bubbling' in the upper rad. hose and does it build pressure in the system quickly(1-2 min.)? If yes to either , see answer # 1 !................................................ And on an un-related note...Bruce, google 'green jelly-little pig , little pig' watch the youtube video(claymation) and you MUST watch the ending! That will explain my 'tude a little more.(maybe?)
