I changed the heater motor on 1999 Pontiac Grand Am

I changed the heater motor and now when it rains water is coming in thru the motor around

check the windshield molding at the bottom on the pass side make sure there is no cracks and it is tight to the windshield glass. there is an air vent under the molding that lets the water come down into the blower motor and on to the PCM that is located under the motor.
